These terms govern your use of AnswerSignal. By submitting a website or purchasing a report, you agree to these terms.
Permitted use
You may scan public websites for legitimate business evaluation, marketing, or prospecting. Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to defeat security or payment controls, overload the service, or submit material you are not permitted to analyze.
Reports and observed results
AnswerSignal reports combine public website evidence, crawler-access checks, public listing data, and dated platform tests when those tests are completed. A findability finding is not presented as an AI recommendation. A recorded platform result describes only that test and may change with the platform, account, location, date, or wording. Reports are not a promise of rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or placement in any recommendation engine.
Google Maps content
Google Business Profile portions of a report use Google Maps Platform. Use of those features is subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Google Maps information is attributed where it appears and may differ from information supplied directly by a business.
Purchases
A complete report is a $39 one-time digital purchase unless a different price is displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Access is delivered to the report link after confirmed payment. If payment succeeds but access does not unlock, contact us with the purchaser email so we can verify and correct fulfillment.
Intellectual property and sharing
You may use and share a report for the business it evaluates. AnswerSignal's software, design system, scoring methods, and branding remain our property. Third-party names, data, and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Unlocked report links may allow recipients to add or update visibility test results. You are responsible for sharing those links carefully and for ensuring that submitted notes, evidence links, and observations are accurate and lawful to share.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions made solely from a report. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
